I have to admit, I'm not following the DIMD saga as closely as I should -- I bought some Dec 7.5's and I'm a little confused about how that's going to work out. Anyway -- I thought I read that S3 was going to spin off (or sell off) the Rio into some other company -- Has anyone heard details regarding this?
