AMD has broken it's uptrend line. That's why I would consider selling it. I have nothing against AMD. I would consider selling though based on the technical fact that it has broken it's 9 month uptrend line. Take a look at the chart and tell me what you think. It is a good company and it's had a great run, from 10 to 45, but I think it is a good idea to sell it here. A stock is just a stock. What goes up must come down. The same thing happened to another high flier called Intel. It broke it's up trend line and has been going down ever since. It is also a good company.
