bigdude, can't figure out how Hasan could turn this negative release and related stories from Indo assay labs into another grab. I believe that Askitindo is in both B II and III so the merger of the two shouldn't impact on them. Don't know enough about MAR to see impact, though they would have problems raising capital now.

i suppose the MOU could be backtracked on basis of bad faith, but where does this take us. Could other family members be worming their way in now?

An article in Monday's AFR indicates that last years privitization of the Telco could be going down as the 10 year promised monopoly on service in main cities is about to be trampled on by some of the families cousins.
