Eicon Technology Launches Canadian Reseller Solution Provider Program
JULY 14, 1999 TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Networld+Interop Canada 1999 - Innovations Partner Pavilion: Booth #736 - P15) Eicon Technology a worldwide provider of remote access products for personal computers, launches the Eicon Solution Provider (ESP) program for Systems Integrators and Value Added Resellers (VARs) across Canada. The new program is part of an aggressive channel sales strategy aimed at strengthening the company's Canadian distribution channel and attracting new qualifying partners. VARs certified by Eicon as ESP partners will have direct access to a dedicated Eicon account manager in addition to extensive marketing support. Under the program , ESPs will be fully qualified to design, install and support Eicon Technology products. Eicon also introduces Jennifer Hogan, the company's new Channel Sales Manager for Canada, responsible for building and managing channel sales and partner relations. Ms. Hogan is spearheading the new channel sales strategy and brings over six years of experience in channel sales and a ten-year career in high tech to her new position. Prior to joining Eicon, Ms. Hogan was Channel Account Manager at a computer peripherals company where she was responsible for forging relationships with major retailers across Canada.
