So when do you guys give up and cover?

As I understand it, the basic premise for shorting SBTK was based on the Milberg Weiss allegations and Pluvia's promised halt etc., which has not come to pass. What reason is there to remain short in SBTK?

The Koop/SBTK connection has the possibility of driving this stock through the roof, why risk being short? I like SBTK as a medical ecommerce play right now, why do you dislike them?
