Looks like someone didn't read that review and sold. This would be a good time for management to do a little PR for shareholders. They are probably in quiet period at this point until deal closes and can't buy stock or do PR.

In any event, down to .12.

Whoever bought all those warrants at a nickel should start buying the stock at this point.
