I spoke with people at DiviCom last year. They told me that their relationship with CUBE was great and their bulidings were across the street from one another. They planned to work together much more in the future and now is the fact. They stated that their products were complementary to CUBE's chips, and either company would not be where they are today with out each other.

My view : the merger is a great thing, DiviCom's numbers tell the story. Their combined strong hold on the complete digital video system is matched by none.
