Does anyone KNOW if there is a time limit for announcing a trading date for an IPO? S-1s & S-1A's have been filed, IPO has been priced. The only thing left APPEARS to be a trade date. Can the mother company sit on the IPO indefinately or will the mother company have to file some additional form with the SEC before some kind of expiration? I'm speaking specifically about NAVR/NETR; however, the question's probably applicable to others. TIA
