Plus, as far as "responding to good news" - nets are beginnig to do so - yesterday AMZN responded to good news (such as it was!), and it is carrying till today. Also look at INTC - the news was mixed, but an optimistic slant on the second half of the year, and INTC is up! But NITE is responding to nothing, but going down. Morgan
