"Tell me how they get their money out [of Russia]?" They plan to truck it out, which raises some pragmatic questions: Will all the planned high grade concentrate produced at Dukat make it intact by truck to Magadan and through handling and transfer to ships for transport to overseas smelters for refinement and sale? Will the possible construction of silver refining facilities in Magadan generate a local product that, if not required to be sold to or marketed by state agencies, is an even more desirable object for fraud and theft?
