GUMM hasn't sold stock to the public since its initial IPO and clearly doesn't fall into the category described here. I asked Bill why he thinks GumTech is promoting their stock and he hasn't answered with anything more than a one liner.

You asserted that GUMM hasn't sold stock to the public. If they sell private placements which are converted to shares which are then sold to the public, then in my book they have sold stock to the public. People who grow coca and poppies are drug dealers even if they don't work in a US ghetto.

GUMM has far more shares in the public float than they did after the IPO in 1996. Since you dumped all over our lack of interest in "facts", I chose to cite the SEC filings for some.

I don't think we have diverged at all. GUMM is a development stage company which sold stock to raise operating cash. Happens all the time. I will leave the accusations of bad intent to Bill and the others.
