Josh, How do you know if they have insurance or not?? I know the partnership unit has insurance. That was part of the offering. It is so easy to pick up the phone and ask these simple questions, (not just speaking of you, Josh) than to speculate on information that is obviously dated and, thus, no longer pertinent. Everyone... Each of you have the capability to ask the same questions that I ask. Call the company and get to know Spencer and Bo O'Brien. Take that little bit of extra time rather than waiting until you see temporary corrections in the price. They get rather lonely when everything is doing fine. However, when there is a panic, you wouldn't believe how busy they get. Sorry Josh, Again I'm not picking on you. Just advising people not to rely upon this discussion thread for their sole source of information. Regards, Ron
