Stockman, you should know that in some jurisdictions, threatening to sue someone and not following through is itself actionable. So since you have promised to follow through with your suit, you had better be serious, or you yourself may find yourself on the other end of a lawsuit.

Overall, I think your claims are ridiculous, but like Bill, you are entitled to them.
