Pharmaceuticals include Ortho-Est, an estrogen replacement drug offered through an agreement with Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Ortho-McNeil, and Provochol, a cholesterol reducer licensed for distribution from Bristol-Myers Squibb. Self-care products include skin moisturizers, nutritional supplements, and personal lubricants. Chairman Edward Calesa owns more than 30% of the company; Johnson & Johnson owns about 11%.
