Rockport Healthcare Exceeds Its Projections in Workers
Compensation Revenue (www.rockporthealthcare.com)

HOUSTON, July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Rockport Healthcare Group, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: RPHL - news;
fully reporting company) an integrated healthcare managed care service company, announced today that the Workers Compensation Division revenue
projections for calendar year 1999 have been exceeded. The Company expects to generate $4,000,000 in gross revenues from the Workers Compensation
Division alone in 1999.

Rockport Healthcare Group has added several new clients in the past two months. These new clients together with Houston Independent School District paid
in excess of $47,000,000 in medical care bills in 1998. This business represents just under $2,000,000 in fee revenue to Rockport Healthcare Group in 1999.
Rockport Healthcare Group is negotiating with many new clients who spent over $100,000,000 in paid medical bills last year. Rockport expects to have a
particular one of these clients under contract by the end of July. This potential client represents $13,000,000 in paid medical bills and will provide Rockport
the opportunity to care for over 57,000 employees and represents fee revenue to Rockport of just under one half million dollars.
