Hi Bonnie,

I would be interested in such a venture. Please let me know what you turn up. Maybe as a group we could come up with a SOLID & LEGAL way to benefit from maximum tax benefits, combined with a stronger legal defense in case of audit.(God Forbid!!)

By the way, I am the person whom started this thread. Nice to have you onboard!
