Well, I certainly wouldn't label VPHM a scam stock. They are a legitimate development stage drug company. However, the hype surrounding pleconaril is grossly overblown. The stock is already skyrocketing towards 20/share having hit a high of 19+ today. The entire float has turned over already. Tomorrow may be a great day to short it if it crosses 20. My brokers all have shares to borrow.

As for GUMM, I am still not ready to offer a professional opinion. It is difficult for me to gauge the effectiveness of zicam in the absence of more published data. You keep suggesting that the zinc studies will be published in the NEJM. Do you know this for a fact or has the paper not been submitted yet? If it has been submitted, have the reviewers accepted it? If so, when can I expect to see it published?
