If I understand your comments correctly, it kind of reminds me of a double-double secret agent plan. I can't even figure out what a second cousin is, so your idea is beyond my thinking ability.

But I would find it hard to believe that Mike Armstrong, as we speak, is in front of congress with his very nice color posters, explaining why he needs to OWN the HFC network he is spending billions($$) building as a cover-up of some sorts? A cover-up intended to grab any future money out there so DSL, fixed wireless, and satellite players won't have any ISP money sent their way to compete with the cable pipe.

Am I completely mis-understanding your comments?
