The problem with golf is that once you start making a couple of good shots...you expect to be able to do it consistently. That is a mistake! A buddy of mine was bragging about shooting a 92. I ask him if he took any mulligans. "Yeah, I took a couple". I said, "OK, then you shot a 96, right?" I never improve my lie. I never take mulligans. If I break 100 I am happy...very happy. If you ever come to Austin I will take you out for some REAL suffering.
