Like you, I studied physics a long time ago. But physical organic chemistry is my specialty (I did some research in Beta-hydrogen Isotope Effects in Elimination Reactions at McMaster).

I vaguely remember tinkering with equations in rotational motion of solids and their moments of inertia etc. in one physics course, but I did not reach that part dealing with precessional motion of spheres.

If you are unable to locate your notes on the equations, never mind.
Perhaps you could tell me where to find them in books etc.
