As far as I know Jimmy only has to convince a MM to back this stock(MM will file the proper paper work). In other words as long as a MM is willing to start trading the stock again on the 21st, it will resume trading. Jimmy has to do nothing but to persuade a MM to back the stock. He will not even have to talk to the sec. This is not a good thing, as the company has to prove nothing to the share holders. JFK ps: I still believe in DGIV, but have major concerns about where the stock price will be next week.
