Time is now. "The FDA and the EMEA have up to 45 days to decide if the submissions are acceptable for filing." From June 7th 45 biz days is Aug 9th. Of course 45 calendar days is much shorter, next week. In either case, TA shows signs of life now. Consider the off label implications for approval! Down side (3 3/4) is way below upside potential. Thin volume and low price concern me, but are outweighed by upside potential.
