Jeff, There is not much of a difference between laying all the bad news on the table and countering perceived bad news with accurate information (e.g. the 10/100 NIC margin situation that the press went wild on). I agree all the bad news should come out. All the misperceptions should be corrected, and then a little good news can be reserved.
