I would share you concern if what you stated is the case, but I'm pretty sure that the market maker would have to file the results of his financial dd to the SEC, and, I believe (although this may have been something the SEC was proposing as a new regulation), the mm has to make these financials available to any investor who asks for it. I'm gonna check my notes and get back to you on that one.
