Ventilated patients, asthmatics....... looks good for meningitis, and the study described in yesterday's release will (IMO) make it into the hands of detail reps. I'd say that prophylaxis of colds in high-risk patients will begin immediately after approval.

One can put estimates all over the block for plec. Nobody [knowledgeable] is going to tell you that it won't do $3 billion/year.

I'm comfortable with $80M.
