I imagine AMZN is running right now based on momentum off its well-received announcement of toys and electronics.

Another well-timed option expiration week play, I'm sure the conspiracy-theorists will claim. Just like music, the 3:1 split, $400.

I really have no idea what AMZN will do in respect to earnings. The forecasts are always for such huge losses that the number is meaningless. I don't hear of many people focusing on revenue either. It was important for Q1, to show sequential growth after a huge christmas season, but I'm not really sure what to expect now. Marginal sequential growth I guess. No big surprises really. I'd lean towards them missing estimates if anything. Still kinda early for an earnings run, IMHO.

Does anyone have an actual date for earnings anyway?

James.
