Thom:
For those customers that rarely managed to get on line what difference will it make? I did not know AOL was calling old customers to try to get them back. It certainly does sound like something the company would do. What is AOL offering to get old customers back? If an old customer rarely got on line I would think the only way the company could get them would be to pay them to rejoin and the Company can hardly afford to do that. The reports I hear are that the Company is not making any money as is.
There is so much competition, J3 recently offered unlimited internet for free. How can AOL top that? I cannot see AOL going out of business but I can see it a whole lot smaller and a stock price down where it belongs for relative value.
