A four-letter word called INTC.

The sentiment was positive in the NAZ all morning. That had to be the case when you see a company like INTC(that has been up ~30% in the last few weeks), missing earnings but still going up.

Next qtr. stuff is rubbish. INTC was very tight-lip about what that means, except relying on seasonal factors along with further cost-cutting measures.
