Teflon / T2K.

I have a question boys, (and girls if present).

I bought 4 ZMF 95 Strike 2001 LEAPS on the 7th of April
for $ 2300 each.

Now I cannot understand that, since I bought them when MSFT was trading "around" $ 95, and with MSFT very close to it too now, that they are "ONLY" worth $ 2050 or so.

What gives ?

How can I pay $ 9,200 for 4 LEAPS, and when the price of the shares is
close to what I bought the LEAPS at, how can I still be "losing"
approximately $ 1000 or so (Value now , about $ 8200 )

Does this have anything to do with "volatility" premiums ?

HELP !

Thanks everyone.

Take care
Jean

P.S. Is now a good time to buy 2001 / 2002 LEAPS ?
