Can you expound on your quote of the CEO with regard to $5 additional book? When did it occur and in what context? Was it in the last conference call? Has anyone talked to their Investor Relations Dept to find out about book value?

Won't ALSC have to pay capital gains tax when they sell their shares in the future? I'm not a corporate accountant, so I don't know what the percent tax rate would be for a corporation selling shares owned in a foreign company.
