I have a golf story! My Dad (being an avid golfer) took me to a putting green about 10 years back. I'd never been a golfer, much to my fathers dismay, and am deadly at the range.. but that isn't the story. So, he takes me to a couple of holes and shows me how to putt and then he goes to a very difficult shot and misses. I pick up the putter and set the ball, this is my first try, I set up, look, fidget my feet like I see on tv, scratch my butt, and swing... It went around a curve did a little skip and "plop" right into the hole. My Dad picked up his bag and without saying a word turned and walked to the car. He never took me putting again and has never mentioned that day since.
