Tom - I checked out a JVC GR-DVF21U yesterday at Circuit City. At $900 it's at the lower end of the CyberCam line. The store I visited also carried the GR-DVF31U. The viewfinder housing is identical on the two models, but the 31U has a color viewfinder while the 21U has a black & white one. After looking at it and through it, I was still uncertain whether or not the 21U I tried had a CyberDisplay. The salespeople weren't aware of anything special about the viewfinder. I'm not sure CSFB has the right product number (hope not). The Kopin logo and name were not visible on the camcorder. Nevertheless, if there was a secrecy agreement it probably terminated on the commercial introduction of a product, judging by the CSFB disclosure. Will
