I talked to Chris at Marker today. 1. 10k was released at around 5pm today. 2. Marker LTD is not owned by Marker INT anymore. They are the clothing line. They have their own financing and pay a royalty to Marker. 3. Hank Tauber has sold few if any shares since he stepped down. 4.
