To all, CUBE, DiviCom and LSI are on the same street within less than 1/8 mile. DiviCom was funded by French TV/Cable company. CUBE's CEO Alex is a french guy. I believe DiviCom has very good relation with CUBE as Frederick mentioned. The street has shown that the merger is a great thing. FYI: DiviCom has 180 employees while CUBE has 380 employees now. lc
