Okay, I'll take the bait. Why do you think Amgen will take over REGN?

I know they have a large position in the company and the chairman of REGN has serious industry connections, but with the repeated failure of REGN's major drug to get by FDA what would make REGN an attractive stock---other than the outside chance that Amgen might buy it?

If I recall correctly, Amgen is restricted from acquiring more stock unless it's certain restrictions.....this is not necessarily good or bad, I just remember it from a report one quarter.

I also refer you to--

--which indicates there are other investors than Amgen.
