Ned: My guess is that these yokels are just treading water peddling as many shares as they can to the BB dupes until the SEC relegates them to the Pink Sheets. The sad part about that it was once the Siberia and pariah of the market place but I understand they are to attach themselves to an electronic reporting system so you need not go through a live broker to get a quote and execute an order.

Kind of like bringing in the foxes to guard the hen house.
