GPSite,

You apparently are functioning under the misconception that all of us who post here on this thread do so with an eye towards profiting from our shared communications. Let me assure you that (on this thread) that is most definitely *not* true.

The threads that are devoted to discussing stocks are likely loaded with folks who like yourself, post messages, hoping to glean some tidbit of information from which they might realize some income. This thread is not a stock thread. It is in the Coffee Shop area.

I am not like other posters. That I missed any run-up in Vax-Gen is of no concern to me at all. I am a long term, buy-and-hold type of investor. I actually shun short term profits, and the accompanying risks inherent in short term investing. Quite simply put, VaxGen *is* an opportunity, just not *my* opportunity. I have very strict guidelines for investing that I employ in my strategies. I am very comfortable with the way in which I invest, and have no qualms whatsoever about missed opportunities. And I'd be willing to wager that most of the other folks that post here regularly feel the same way as I do, regardless of their individual investment styles (day-traders, short term investors, long term investors, income investors, etc.).

It is beyond me why you would have such audacity to believe that everyone thinks as you think, and invests as you invest. Congratulations to you on your profits (presuming you took some profits), and use your gains wisely, as *you* see fit.
