RCJ:

I have a couple of questions for you re: NAMC.

With the max. of $275 per case, if settled, how many cases will NAMC have to settle online to make a profit in their business which is losing 66% more money than they did last year? Last year for the 9 month ended Mar. 31 was (.13) same 9 months this year is (.32). They are burning more cash (operating capital is down) and spending more for salaries and General expenses.

Is there a settlement "cap" to the amount that can be settled for thru NAM software. In other words is NAM merely a small claims settlement site like in a brick and morter court room where 10K is the limit and no lawyers are allowed anyway and it costs you $25.00 to file?

Ken
