Ken, Your proposal maybe never went anywhere maybe because it might have evened up the playing field a bit for the public. I think there was more liquidity in the past than there is now. Even the OEX looks to me to have declining activity as compared to years ago. Maybe the volatility and the high premiums have taken a lot of players out of the game. I do wonder what may happen when extended hours trading on the stock market comes into being. Good Trading Dave
