I don't know either, but I guess if it were my child in that car, I'd want answers. COurse I feel like that all the time- this frustration at not understanding what the plumber, the electrician, the mechanic, are saying. I can only go on trust that people don't MEAN to rip me off, that they are telling me the truth that I need a new engine, sink, air conditioner. Only it seems as if lately all you hear is how they DO mean to. And that makes me despair. THere seems so little accountability anymore.
