Ike,

The indications that I have gotten from speaking with Steve Wilkinson, COO and others who seem to have some understanding of the staff additions that have taken place, is that MSU has hired some reach go-getters to their technical and sales staff.

These guys are "hungry" and, IMO, understand that modern business operates at light speed and requires maximum confidence and flexibility, as well as the ability to seize an opportunity and lock it in before it gets away from them.

I'm hoping that Wyn Holloway fully understands that when you empower your people and provide them the maximum opportunity to excel (as well as the FINANCIAL and LEGAL resources they require to do their jobs quickly and effectively), they can turn a company from a laggard into a sprinter... a no-name company into a dynamic corporate player... and frustrated shareholders into very wealthy individuals (which of course includes managements significant stockholdings as well).

I don't really care about who runs this company, so long as they perform. Even were I the founder of this company and made cognizant that someone out there could take this company to higher levels than myself, I would step aside and take a directorship. In the end, I would rather be an wealthy director of a respected company than the CEO of a company no one has respect for.

That's just how I feel.

Nothing should ever get in the way of improving and increasing shareholder value in a credible and valid manner. Nothing should stand in the way of the corporate entity becoming successful. It's not about who has the majority stakeholdership in a company. Owning 51% of a company that can't create enough revenue to get its stock to $10 is a far worse thing than owning 25% of a company that is credible, growing, has captured the confidence of the street, and has their stock heading to the $40 and beyond range.

So it is my hope that senior management finally recognizes that empowering their people and not playing power games or office politics will benefit EVERYONE and create a corporation we all can be justifiably proud of.

I write this with full hope and expectation that my comments make it back to MSU's management. They already recognize me for the PAIN IN THE @SS that I am, when it comes to seeing this company finally achieve its potential.

It's a cross I bear proudly... <VBG>

Regards,

Ron
