Integrated Device Technology Inc. (IDTI) said it will exit the x86 microprocessor market
and license or transfer ownership of its WinChip microprocessor technology and certain
assets of its Centaur Design unit.

The company expects to close a sale of the unit by the end of the second quarter, and
doesn't expect any costs for disposal of the unit.

Integrated Device (IDTI) makes and markets semiconductors.
