Are the twelve million shares issued for Auction Fun restricted? A. Yes for one year. Q. Heard that MMIC was filling their consolidated financials? A. Yes, paperwork is in front of the attorneys. Q. What will Auction Fun do? A. Will be similar to an EBAY but on a smaller scale. Will act as an intermediary between seller and buyer. Q. Revenues come from what? A. Advertising and banners on the web site. There will be a membership fee and a percentage of the sale. Q. Do you have customers lined up? A. Yes (Would not elaborate) Q. Any other events or acquisitions in the future? A. Focus is to acquire and hold 5 Internet companies. Q. What is the launch date for Auction Fun? A.
