On April 9 of last year, Medinah announced an agreement to spend $24,000,000 purchasing a whole mess of placer and hard rock properties. I can't find a PR where they announced the deal actually closed. Anybody have a pointer to such a release? I found the one where they closed on the $10M deal with Senor Quijano, though that doesn't seem to match up exactly with the announcement of the accepted $10M offer (wrong number of claims etc) in April '98.
