I don't care who your relative is, call Micron ask them if their inventories are higher than they were at last qtr's end. They are holding chips back from the market. And this will crush them once this tiny bounce in prices is over.

I don't no what planet exactly you are from, but the statement that no major manufacturer has inventory is one of the most false statements I have ever heard.
