Neither Calafert - if you assume an outstanding share count of 200mm this places the market cap in the $12mm range. At this share count, the Reg S overhang is $0 and the company would be valued at about 1/2 of it's current sales rate. Don't get too devious minded about this - the market has a way of pricing this stuff at true value. Regards, Joe
