To JohnG: Actually not sure it is really possible to "overcomit" on the Q. Guess holding only the Q would be a little risky, but I don't know of any other I have ever owned which might tempt me to that risk as much as the Q does. Sleep well and enjoy. Exercise program can begin after next week. Chaz
