Bomar,

OK, try some of these...

I looked into Netherlands services -
The Netherlands services are facilities based and an
overview of the network is at Worldport's site WRDP.COM.
Industry accolades (the best IP Application award) leave
no doubt as to WRDP's ability to build a network, and
my opinion is much higher than it was, especially with
the share price lower. The Netherlands network
may position Worldport very favorably in that market.

BUT....Concerning my skepticism on Worldport, it is founded
in it's own 10Q as I have posted here before. I don't
know if there is a problem with legalities or ethics,
but there is a disturbing pattern of litigation.
Not the shareholder class actions currently taking place,
the ones involving the former CEO and claims of non-payment
of Corporate debt as posted in the 10Q. I don't know the
status or validity of the suits, but I believe it's important
to be aware of litigation. I am not short the stock and
am not planning to go long either. It scares me both ways.

Come to think of it one should "buy when blood is running
in the streets" - if this is the bottom.
