Joe,I agree with you and I guess that when you say "1/2 of it's current sales rate" you refer to some book value isn't it ?
But if one buy MTCI on book value at the present time one have to

1) assume that mtci financial statements are reliable (If Morris have been fired and there is some action against him one can have some doubt). : Stockholder equity 9,68Mil on 31 Oct 96/200m shares=0,048 $ per share (with 200m shares)

2) deduce most of intangible assets : 14,9mil on Oct 96 : 0,0745$ per share

3) Wondering about aditional cost related to possible subsidiariesliquidation and employement restructuration

4) may be adding some additional equity coming from the recent conversion : ?(not so much)/share

Is there someting left ?
