I am not so sure you wish to pursue this. AMAT and LRCX have both shed their TFT divisions over the past two years, and would not have done so had they seen good money to be made IMHO. After all, AMAT is looking at acquisitions to enter new markets so why would they sell a profitable one they already were in?
